Before you get too swept away with gifting to others and setting New Year’s resolutions, stop a moment. There is a whisper in the air…can you hear it? Can you feel it? This gentle energy invokes us to feel deeply into our resilience and have gratitude for ourselves. Are you grateful to YOURSELF, for being you? There is no other, that can bring your unique expression to life. This energy invites you to sit a while in stillness, appreciating how far you’ve come. Celebrate the little wins, the growth, the self awareness and realisations you’ve had. This is no small thing, darling heart. Quite often we’re so busy trying to reach that higher state, attain happier, healthier, better, MORE. There’s a place for that, but don’t forget to appreciate yourself and those around you, and your environment. What you already have, right here…right now. Be in presence - while you give presents. The Year is Wrapping Up.As you reflect on the year - notice your triumphs… This year has been ‘different’ to any other…on a global scale. We’ve been able to come out again and in some way or other…some things have changed. We’ve changed.
We’ve not just emerged out of our homes but in some ways…out of the old and the outdated. Perhaps there’s been a shifting out of the restrictive (yet comfortable) patterns…and lifting the facade of who we thought we were or who we thought others were. As we break free from the cocoons that have kept us in survival, we get to spread our glorious wings, destined to take flight in a whole new world. This metamorphosis is a beautiful thing, for to realise more truth is a gift. These new wings may take some time to get used to, and things may not always be shiny and sparkling, but a gift none the less. If things didn’t go to plan or you’ve faced some dis-ease, pain or shadow this year, may you interpret the teachings of life as a blessing… in a way that is deeply meaningful to you. May you experience relief and decompression… and feel the vibrancy of possibility, potential and peace. Congratulations on your resilience in being able to navigate this new normal. If you feel afraid to fly, may the winds of change be swift and gentle, and the glory of life help to stabilise the turbulence with loving Grace.
